Aral HQ
A B2B workspace for Philippine tutorial and review centers. It covers class packages, make-ups, lesson plans, payments and a public center profile where parents book a trial slot. A concept with sample data, not a live product.

The problem
Philippine tutorial and review centers sell class packages, handle make-up sessions and collect GCash payments, often while leads arrive through Facebook and Messenger. The software on offer is either built around DepEd school paperwork or made abroad for card payments.
Research
Competitor scan, 16 Oct 2026. Local school systems: about ₱20k a year paid up front, built around DepEd paperwork, no packages or make-ups. Foreign tutoring apps (Teachworks, TutorBird, Teach 'n Go, Fons): ₱1.5k–8.4k a month, card and Stripe only. AOne (Malaysia): strong operations and a parent app, but built for Malaysian e-invoicing, pricing demo-gated.
The idea
On this page, a center's Facebook profile becomes a booking. A parent picks an open trial slot and the request lands in the leads screen, tagged "Center profile". The same workspace runs lesson plans, package balances, renewals and progress reports.

What it does for the business
It would give a center one place for packages, make-ups, payments and leads. Attendance updates package balances, renewal creates an invoice, and every action is logged. This is a concept with sample data; no results are claimed.
Figures marked sample are illustrations, not real results.
How it's built
- Payments need a reference number, never a screenshot.
- AI asks first: a practice set is marked for review before it can be printed.
- The center profile is a standard template with a schedule card where parents pick an open trial slot.
- Phones get a tab bar with a More sheet, and the product sits in the first screen of the site.
- Monthly peso pricing with GCash, Maya and QR Ph: Solo ₱499, Center ₱1,190, Multi-branch ₱2,490 (sample prices).
