AyosGawa
AyosGawa is my studio for websites, apps, systems and AI agents for Philippine small businesses, and ayosgawa.com is its office: floor 8, a voxel office you can walk around. Visitors pick a look, chat with each other, ask Sage, and browse the work at the Published Work kiosk. The crew is simulated; the developers' desks light up when I'm really building.

The idea
On this page, a studio becomes a place you can visit. Floor 8 has a lobby with turnstiles, lifts, offices, team pods with their boards, a cafe and a meeting room. The crew works through a sprint, Sage greets visitors at the doors, and the Published Work kiosk shows the projects. There are three ways in: with others, on your own, or just watch.

What it does for the business
Anyone can walk in without signing up, chat with other visitors, ask Sage, try a practice interview or start a project inquiry (both previews for now), and see the work at the kiosk or on /work. While I code, the developers' desks show what kind of work is happening. Museum exhibits and community profiles are planned, not built.
How it's built
- Everything is boxes drawn as shared instances, with one texture atlas and no shadows, so the office runs on phones and software GL.
- The floor plan is data: I can edit it in the world and publish it, and checks run against the live layout.
- The simulated crew is always labelled simulated. The one real feed, the live desks, shows only the kind of work, never files, commands or prompts.
- Convex has a hard monthly cap, so the floor holds 20 live visitors with a lift line, and "Just watch" or "On your own" cost almost nothing.
- There is always a way in without 3D: /work lists the projects as plain pages, and reduced motion and WebGL failures keep the page up.
