AyosGawa Balik
Rental software with photo proof for Philippine scaffolding and equipment rental yards. A rental moves from reserved to checked out to returned, with photos at both ends. A concept for a fictional yard in Valenzuela, with sample data.

The problem
When scaffolding or a concrete mixer comes back to a rental yard, someone has to decide what is late and what is damaged, and how much deposit to return. Without photos from checkout and from return, that is one person's word against another's.
Research
Competitor scan, 16 Oct 2026. No Philippine-made rental software turned up. Foreign tools run ₱1,700 to ₱29,000 a month: Booqable, EZRentOut, Rentman, Reservety, Quipli. None lists GCash or Maya, none takes leads from Facebook or Messenger, and none confirmed photo proof by default.
The idea
On this page, the return slip becomes proof. Each rental goes from reserved to checked out with photos, then out, due or late, then return check-in with photos, then late and damage charges and a deposit refund or balance.
The story
Screens
What it does for the business
It would give a yard owner one clear closing step for every rental. Photos, charges and deposit are settled in one screen, and a damaged item goes to maintenance with a ticket. This is a concept with sample data; no results are claimed.
Figures marked sample are illustrations, not real results.
How it's built
- The return close button stays disabled until a return photo is taken.
- Settlement is worked out on screen: ₱1,140 late plus ₱1,500 damage, minus the ₱3,800 deposit, gives a ₱1,160 refund.
- The rate card drives everything: change a day rate and the public page prices and the late charges both follow.
- The site compares against categories of tools, not named products.
- Pricing ladder in sample pesos: Counter ₱799, Yard ₱1,999, Multi-yard ₱4,499, with yearly billing at 2 months free.
