《Concept》 Waterproofing contractor

Kalasag Waterproofing

A concept landing page for a fictional waterproofing contractor in Marikina. Homeowners look up their warranty by job code, build a leak-check message for Messenger, and drag a before/after wipe over a sealed roof deck. Sample content; the photos are AI-generated (ChatGPT).

Kalasag home page on desktop: "Stop roof leaks before typhoons." over a generated photo of a crew member rolling waterproofing on a Marikina roof deck, with the leak-check dock below.

The problem

Leaks come back every rainy season. Homeowners in Marikina get a quick coat of sealant, no written scope, and no proof of what was done, so when the roof deck or CR leaks again a year later there is nothing to point to and no one to call.

The idea

On this page, a leak becomes a record. A before/after wipe shows a cracked roof deck sealed, and every finished job gets a warranty code the homeowner can look up later, with the system used, the years left and the photos from the day.

The story

  1. Story slide: Kalasag cover, the desktop hero beside the warranty lookup on a phone.
  2. Story slide: the hero on a phone, with Book a free leak check.
  3. Story slide: four waterproofing systems with per-m² rates: roof decks, CRs, water tanks and exterior walls.
  4. Story slide: Find my warranty, a sample job code with the warranty left and before, during and after photos.
  5. Story slide: the leak-check starter building a Messenger message from three taps.
  6. Story slide: the four steps from ocular to flood test, with generated crew photos.
  7. Story slide: the before/after wipe over a sealed roof deck.
  8. Story slide: sample prices per m² in writing, and what changes the price.
  9. Story slide: the Marikina and east Metro areas served, and the final call to book.

What it does for the business

If this were a real contractor, enquiries would arrive already sorted by surface, age and size, so the ocular is booked on the first message. Past clients would check their own warranty instead of calling, and the photos would back every claim. Concept only, with sample jobs and prices.

Figures marked sample are illustrations, not real results.

How it's built

  • One page, one action: book a free leak check. The hero dock asks where it leaks, since when and the barangay, then opens Messenger.
  • "Find my warranty" looks up a job code like KLS-2026-0412 and shows the system, the warranty left in plain words, and before, during and after photos.
  • The leak-check starter turns three taps (surface, how long, how big) into a Taglish Messenger draft the homeowner can edit before sending.
  • Prices are per m², ₱500–840, with a free ocular in Marikina. Every job is flood-tested for 48 hours, with a free recoat if a damp spot shows before handover.
  • Every code, client, price and review is labelled sample, and the photos say they are generated.
