What the site is

princereyes.com is Prince Reyes's site. Sage, an AI assistant, answers questions about Prince's work from records he wrote, and Prince runs his own back office here (inquiries, invoices, client contracts, signature requests, his resume). Signed-in members get an inbox for their chats with Sage, requests to Prince, messages with other members, and a Documents inbox for agreements and documents sent to their verified email for electronic signature. Client work is governed by its own agreement; issued contract versions are kept, and changes require a new version.

Sage is an AI

Sage's answers, voice calls and scope checks are made by an AI model and can be wrong. They aren't a quote, an offer or professional advice: a price, a date or a commitment counts only when Prince confirms it himself. Prince reads the chats with Sage, so don't share private details in them.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email: use an address that's yours, and keep your codes to yourself. One account per person.

Electronic signatures

When a document is sent to your verified email in Documents, you can review the PDF inline, confirm your identity with a fresh six-digit email code, tick your consent under the Philippine Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (RA 8792), and type your full name (plus an optional signature image) to sign it, or decline it with a reason. Signing appends a certificate page with the document's SHA-256 hash, your verified email, timestamps and audit trail.

Don't

• harass, threaten or insult anyone, or send sexual, hateful or illegal content;
• try to make Sage break its rules, reveal its instructions, or say things on Prince's behalf;
• spam, flood or try to get round the site's limits, or try to get into anything that isn't yours;
• pretend to be Prince or anyone else;
• share other people's private details or messages without their say-so.

What we can do

To keep the site working and safe, Prince can stop Sage answering a chat, star out words, block messages, and close any account, without notice. Any part of the site can change or be switched off at any time.

The work

The site, Sage and their content belong to Prince Reyes. The projects shown belong to their owners and are shown with their say-so. Please don't copy them.

No promises

The site is offered as it is. We do our best to keep it working, accurate and safe, but we can't promise it always will be, and we aren't liable for losses from using it or relying on Sage's answers, as far as the law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
