In Prince's words

What does a sprint cost?

Pilots are free while spots last. Paid sprints are a fixed price per sprint, quoted on the call once we have scoped the feature.

What if it doesn't fit in two weeks?

We cut scope on day 1 until it does. Anything bigger is split into a second sprint that we agree on before it starts.

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your repo and your accounts from the first commit, and you keep all of it if we stop working together.

What if it isn't working halfway through?

You see progress every day, so nothing is a surprise on day 13. If something isn't working, we change course that day, not at the end.

Do I have to be filmed?

Only pilot sprints are filmed, and you approve what gets published. Paid sprints stay private unless you want an episode.

Which AI models and tools do you use?

Whatever fits your product and budget. I work in your existing stack and pick models on cost and quality for your use case.

What happens after the sprint?

It keeps running without me. If you want monitoring, fixes and new features, there is an optional monthly retainer.

Can you work with our engineers?

Yes. I work in your repo, follow your review process, and hand over docs and a walkthrough at the end.

Record Prince's background, build rules and FAQ

One workflow, one model, one integration.

A two-week sprint. Built in your repo, on your accounts.

  • One workflow

    Support triage with drafted replies

  • One model

Whatever fits your product and budget.

  • One integration

Inside the tools your team already uses.

Ships in two weeks

  • Tickets tagged by urgency and topic as they arrive
  • A drafted first reply from your help docs, for an agent to edit
  • Evals on last month's tickets before it touches a live one
  • A daily cost cap and a fallback to the plain queue

Waits for a later sprint

  • Replies sent without an agent's edit
  • Tagging the backlog of old tickets
  • A second channel, like chat or WhatsApp

Worked example for “Support triage with drafted replies”, not your idea. Two sprints is normal. We pick the half that moves a number first.

  1. Day one

Scope is cut until it fits, and the baseline is set.

  2. Every day

You see progress every day, so nothing is a surprise.

  3. Ship

Live with evals, guardrails, cost limits and monitoring around it.

  4. Handover

Docs and a walkthrough. It keeps running without him.

Founder pilots are free while spots last: a full sprint, traded for a filmed case study with before and after numbers from your product. You approve what gets published.
